The jaw crusher performs a simple dynamic balance test on the impeller, and the method is also very simple. Support the impeller with an object, push it by hand, and then try to rotate it gently. If the balance is not reached, it will stop at the low point and swing from side to side. If there is a deviation, spot welding can be performed on the opposite impeller to increase the weight to achieve balance, or use an angle grinder to remove the welding marks of the heavy impeller, and balance can be achieved to repair the jaw crusher fan and normal operation.
