1. The main engine of the mobile crusher shuts down suddenly.

1. The discharge port is blocked, causing a full cavity blockage.

2. The V-belt driving the sheave is too loose, causing the belt to slip.

3. The eccentric shaft tightening bush is loose, causing no gap on both sides of the bearing seat of the frame, making the eccentric shaft stuck and unable to rotate.

4. The working site voltage is too low, and the main machine is unable to break after encountering large materials.

5. The bearing is damaged.

In view of the above situations, you can take: clear the blockage of the discharge port, ensure that the discharge is unblocked, tighten or replace the V-belt, reinstall or replace the tightening bushing, and adjust the voltage at the work site to make it consistent with the operating voltage of the host Requirements, replacement of bearings and other solutions to solve these situations.

2. The main groove wheel and movable jaw of the mobile crusher are operating normally, but the reasons for the stopping of the crushing work are: the tension spring breaks, the tie rod breaks, and the toggle plate falls off or breaks.

The troubleshooting method is to replace the tension spring, replace the pull rod, reinstall or replace the toggle plate.

Three, the bracket is broken

1. The main engine is overloaded or the material larger than the feed inlet size enters.

2. Non-broken objects enter the crushing cavity.

3. The toggle plate and the toggle plate pad are not parallel and are skewed.

4. The casting has serious casting defects.

Solution:

1. Replace the toggle plate of the mobile crusher and control the feed size, and prevent the host from overloading

2. Replace the bracket and take measures to prevent non-broken objects from entering the crushing cavity

3. Replace the toggle plate and replace the worn toggle plate pad, install the toggle plate correctly

4. Replace qualified brackets.
