1. The current is too high
1. If the large cone crusher feeds too much, unevenly, or contains too much powder or damp, the equipment should be adjusted to feed the ore evenly and continuously, and the ore with too much powder should be removed before the ore;
2. When the lubrication is poor, the moving parts need to be disassembled for inspection and lubricated;
3. When the bearing or spherical bearing is damaged, spare parts need to be replaced;
4. When the contact surface of the bearing is in poor contact, it should be scratched or replaced;
5. Friction occurs between the upper part of the big bevel gear and the lower part of the spherical bearing seat, so padding should be added to the lower part of the spherical bearing seat;
6. When the spindle is broken, change the spindle.
2. Abnormal oil pressure and oil temperature
1. When the oil passage in the large cone crusher or the oil pipe of the thin oil lubrication system is blocked, it is easy to cause the oil pressure and oil temperature to rise at the same time (when the oil return pipe is blocked, the water seal dust-proof device leaks oil, causing the water seal drainage to contain oil , But the oil pressure has not risen), the machine needs to be shut down to troubleshoot;
2. Part of the eccentric bushing is faulty. When the oil temperature is >55℃ and the oil pressure does not rise, the machine should be shut down to eliminate the faults of the straight bushing and cone bushing;
3. When the filter is blocked, the oil pressure of the front and rear oil pipes is different. If the oil pressure difference is greater than 0.04MPa, the oil can be supplied without the filter first, and then the filter can be removed and cleaned, but the direct oil supply to the crusher should be less than 2~3h;
4. When the oil temperature is low, the oil switch is not turned on properly, and the oil pump is running poorly, there will be no oil flow in the oil level indicator. Although the oil pump is running, but the oil pressure is less than 0.05MPa, the oil needs to be heated, the oil switch is turned on, and repaired. Replace the oil pump;
5. In winter, the oil temperature is too low, the safety valve fails or the oil pumping capacity is too large, and the oil supply pressure is too high, the broken cone will be lifted, the oil should be heated, the safety valve should be adjusted or the oil pump should be replaced;
6. When the bearing, bushing, bushing, bevel gear and other parts are faulty, the ambient temperature is too high, there is no cooling water, the cooling water pressure is low, or the cooler is blocked, causing the oil temperature to exceed 60℃, stop the machine to remove the fault and supply cooling Water, increase the water pressure of the cooling water or clean the cooler.
3. Wear failure of cone liner
Large-scale cone crushers have high speed, large crushing force, huge compression and shear pressures, and cone liners are prone to wear failure forms such as cutting, plastic deformation and fatigue, resulting in complex plastic deformation, fatigue cracking, etc., with the largest loss. In order to reduce the loss of the liner of the cone crusher, it is necessary to accurately detect the wear of the liner, and add protection to the cone moving cone and the frame to greatly increase the service life of the liner.
4. Burning of the spindle bushing
1. The oil pump of the large cone crusher is insufficient or the oil pipe is blocked, causing the main shaft bushing to be short of oil, the oil film will burst instantly, and the copper sleeve will be easily burned. Regularly check the oil pump and pipeline to ensure sufficient oil supply;
2. After replacing the bushing, if the load is too fast during the running-in period, it is easy to burn the copper bushing. Load it gradually to ensure that the main shaft is in good contact with the new bushing;
3. Poor fit between the main shaft and the main shaft bushing, improper clearance, bending and deformation of the main shaft, poor fit with the main shaft bushing, the crusher runs hot, or the crushing cavity is too iron, the instantaneous load is extremely large, and the oil film is damaged, it is easy to burn copper It is necessary to ensure that the spindle and the spindle bushing have a good fit and proper clearance. Regularly check the status of the spindle, or add a sensitive and reliable metal detector to the mine belt to prevent iron overload.
