During the inspection, it was found that the oil pressure, oil temperature and flow data of the reducer of the gravel crushing equipment were abnormal. The filter and nozzle must be cleaned. After cleaning, check whether the lubrication is used normally. For the bearings of the reducer of the gravel crushing equipment, when reinstalling and reassembling, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of calcium-sodium grease for lubrication, which is about one-third of the volume of the bearing space. When the tooth surface damage area exceeds 20% in the tooth length direction and the tooth height direction, the gears should be replaced in pairs. After replacement, the gear should be run and load tested. The tooth length contact rate is as high as 60%, and the tooth is as high as 100%. It can only be used officially within 40 minutes. When working on gravel crushing equipment, if the oil temperature of the reducer exceeds 80 degrees or the temperature of the oil pool exceeds 100 degrees, or abnormal noise is generated, please stop using it. Check the cause and troubleshoot the operation. When the reducer rotates, the output shaft does not rotate. The reducer key connection may be broken and the reducer needs to be removed.
