2. Jaw plate fracture and shaft fracture

In addition to the material, the fracture of the jaw and the shaft has a greater relationship with the equipment vibration (such as when the bearing is damaged) and the compaction of the crushing cavity. When the bearing is damaged or other parts are damaged, it will inevitably cause undesirable phenomena such as the deflection of the movable jaw, which will cause the additional load to increase sharply and cause the shaft and the movable jaw to break. 2. Treatment of machine cavity compaction

The compaction of the machine cavity may come from too much feed, too hard material, and too small adjustment of the discharge opening. At this time, it is necessary to stop feeding and clean the aggregates in the cavity, adjust the size of the discharge opening to avoid damage to the parts, if the bracket or If the movable jaw or shaft is broken, it needs to be replaced, and measures should be formulated to prevent such accidents.

3. Vibration treatment

If it is found that the vibration of the crusher increases sharply, it may be caused by damage to the bearing, misalignment of the flywheel counterweight, and loose fasteners. At this time, the bearing should be diagnosed, the anchor bolts should be checked for looseness, the flywheel counterweight should be checked for misalignment, and recovery treatment should be carried out.
