The working principle of impact crusher

The impact crusher uses the powerful impact energy of the high-speed rotating rotor in the crushing cavity to strongly impact the medium-hard ore materials entering the cavity to achieve the purpose of crushing.

When the impact crusher is connected to the power supply and starts to work, the rotor in the crusher is driven by the motor to start rotating at a high speed. The ore is thrown from high speed into the impact crusher cavity, and it violently collides with the rotating rotor, and the material is impacted by the rotor. Throw it to the counterattack plate along the tangential direction of the rotor rotation, and then bounce back from the counterattack plate to the space of the rotor to receive the second impact, and then throw it towards the second counterattack plate. After the material is subjected to the repeated impact and rebound of the rotor and the counterattack plate, cracks will occur along the joint surface of its own, and the internal structure will be loosened and broken under the impact. The material particles meeting the crushing specifications will be pre-treated between the rotor and the counterattack plate. The remaining gap is discharged out of the machine and becomes a crushed product.
