If an abnormal temperature occurs, it may be excessive or insufficient grease, dirty grease, or bearing damage. The amount of grease should be checked in time, or the grease and bearings should be replaced. If the outdoor temperature is high, the consumption of vulnerable parts of the jaw crusher will become more and more serious, so what are the reasons for the temperature increase during the operation of the jaw crusher?

我们从以下几点进行分析：
一、轴承温度。颚式破碎机在高温工作时，应该时刻注意轴承的温度，使之保持良好的润滑状态，并注意音响和振动有无异常。如果发现不正常，马上停车检查，查明原因，确认是被不易破碎的物件卡住，还是锤头及其他零部件发生了损坏。
二、摩擦部件温度。机器在高速的运转中，因摩擦而产生消耗的功率，全部转化为热量，引起摩擦部件温度的升高。当采用润滑油进行润滑时，不断从摩擦表面吸取热量加以散发，或供给一定的油量将热带走，使摩擦表面的温度降低。
三、动颚温度。颚式破碎机是利用颚板的上下反复动作挤压辗压物料达到粉碎，动颚部件的上下接近固定颚板，将物料挤碎后，动颚离开定颚，产品从排料口排出。可见动颚的运转工作强度大，动颚温度很容易出现异常，当温度升到一定的极限值后会造成颚板的损坏，必要时要采取一定的措施来解决动颚温升异常，避免因设备故障造成停机，降低生产效益。
