1. Installation of roller crusher:

3. Operation and maintenance of roller crusher:

In order to ensure the maximum output of the roller crusher, the feed must be continuously and evenly distributed over the entire length of the roller, and the discharge port should be regularly checked for blockage, and the feeding work should be stopped before the motor stops, when the material block falls completely When the roller is idling, the motor can be stopped.

If the feed is uneven along the length of the roller, the surface of the roller will not only wear faster, but will wear unevenly at all points, and annular grooves will appear, which will disrupt the normal crushing work and particle size. 5. Maintenance of the roller crusher:

(1) When the roller crusher is running, the roller surface needs frequent maintenance.

(2) The smooth roller crusher is sometimes equipped with grinding wheels on the frame. When there are pits or grooves on the roller surface, the roller surface can be polished and repaired on the machine without removing the roller surface.

(3) The gear disc or gear ring of the gear crusher can be replaced or turned over.

(4) When the teeth are worn to a certain extent, they must be replaced or repaired, otherwise it will cause uneven particle size of the broken products, increase power consumption, and decrease output.

(5) Some balance roll crushers are also equipped with a surfacing device, which can be directly repaired on the balance roll crusher.

(6) Some smooth roller crushers are equipped with roller automatic axial reciprocating device to make the roller surface wear evenly.
